Stairtek asked me to design a set of posters highlighting the values of both Stairtek and its parent company, Evermark. The goal was to turn the companies’ values into something approachable and easy to connect with in the workplace, while keeping the designs consistent with both brands.

I created the posters in both English and Spanish, focusing on clear typography, color, and visual hierarchy to make the information easy to read at a glance. The final designs give employees a simple, engaging way to see the values that guide our work and the culture we’re building together.
